My HTML page doesnot work properly in Netscape 7.1. But works fine
in Opera 7 and IE 6.0. I could not figure out the problem. If any one
could/suggest it would be nice.. This piece of HTML describes a tree
like structure of the contents.
Thanks

Hi,
We have moved a web site from a development server running Windows 2000 and
IIS 5 to a Windows 2003 server running IIS 6.0
Now the asp pages do not work correctly. For example, request.form() no
longer returns data from the calling form.
I have turned web services extensions on to allow active server pages.
The pages do work to some extent, I can even setup a connection to a
database and retrieve stored procedure parameters, but...

How does tabindex work in ASP .net pages
I dosen't seem to work quite like in regular forms. and there isn't any TabStop property either.
1 .How do you prevent a control form beign "tabbed". (hidden textboxes ect.)
2. How do get a control to get focus when the page is loaded (think username textfield on a loginpage)
3. Does the tab-order work just like in regular forms (1 ->2 -> 3 and so on?)
4. How does tabindex work with datagrid...

Hello,
Let me start by saying that I am coming from a background using Matlab
(or Octave), and C++. I am going to outline the basic nuts-and-bolts
of how I work in these languages, and ask for some help to find out how
the same thing is done in Python. I am not sure what the standard is.
In C++, I open up an editor in one window, a Unix shell in another. I
write the code in the editor, then switch to the shell window for

hey all,
i working with the Publisher object model in an ASP.NET page. When I'm
working with my project locally everything works fine. However, when I deploy
the application to my app server, it won't work for the clients. Any reason
why? They're getting an IIS error. Is there something I need to configure for
IIS?
It's the "Page cannot be displayed" error.

I've got a number of SNMP devices scattered around the globe that I
want to get some information off..
I've got a couple of classes whcih get a quite complex table together
from SQL and SNMP devices and return a DataTable Object.
but as the devices are all in totally different locations (we have
about 20) and the main time lag is due to latency I want to go and get
the data simultaniuously from all the resources.

Hello. I have a new Vista based laptop at work that connects to a Windows 2003 Small Business Server at work via an assigned, static IP address. When I take the laptop home, I have router that assigns a dynamic IP address. The only way I can get the machine to function correctly at work and at home is to physically change the settings in Control Panel each time I connect. When at home, I tell the machine to obtain address automatically. ...

Hi,
I've successfully added custom fields to the Task Work Item template,
using the Process Editor (and opening from server).
However, I would like to also see these items in the field list for
the Bug Work Item template, but I do not see them in the list.
I know they exist on the server, because I can see these items when
Adding a task etc.

Hello,
I got a script:
http://www.mattkruse.com/javascript/autocomplete/index.html
It works fine on IE and Opera, but does not on FF. It does something on FF,
but not what it should do (check other browser to see how it should work).
Could someone please help me to make it work on FF too?
Thank you for your help,

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...
