Access Keyword Metadata for a Picture file

I am trying to read the Keyword field of the metadata attached to a jpg file in C#. the closest I could find to reading this type of Info was using the Image object and itterating thru the Properties attached to the Image.

I need to access these as well, but accessing thru the Image object is pretty slow, so if anyone knows how to access these Properties quicker, let me know too.

Thanks,
Patrick Johnson

Hello, We are in the process of examining our current main application. We have to do some major changes and, in the process, are questionning/validating the use of MS Access as front-end. The application is relatively big: around 200 tables, 200 forms and sub-forms, 150 queries and 150 repports, 5GB of data (SQL Server 2000), 40 users. I'm wondering what are the disadvantages of using Access as front-end? Other that it's not...

I'd like to avoid displaying the nasty built-in ASP.NET error for a 401.2, access denied. We're using windows authentication. The error message that is displayed by default is printed below. I'd love for it to redirect to the 401-2_access_denied.htm file I've created in the root of my web site. The text below is from my web.config file. <customErrors defaultRedirect="error.htm" mode="On"> <error statusCode="401.2"...

I have examined about 80+ different upload scripts on the 'net, both in VB and C#, and none seem to do what I need them to do. Perhaps someone here can point me somewhere that Google hasn't reached yet (I have gone all the way to page 50 on Google's results!!). Here are my requirements: • I have a DataGrid. Everything will be done from here. Everything. No exceptions. Everything will also be done in VB, without any code-behind to...

Hi All, As you know, I've made the switch from Access/Jet to MSDE 2K. And I'm now encountering my first little problem. I have some pictureboxes that display images from the DB. For each picturebox, I have some buttons (Add/Change Image, Rotate Image, Delete Image) and a context menu (Copy/Paste, Open, Edit, and Preview). For open, Edit, and Preview, I'm creating a temporary file on disk, then writing the file back to the DB and deleting...

Hi; I have written a database that tracks all the installation we have ever done. I have a small heating company. I have recently started keeping a directory of digital photographs of the completed job. I can create a hyperlink button that will link to a photgraph, but I cannot link to a specific photo of that specific job. Each job has its' own unique identifier, I call it the GOTC number. It is a separate field in the table of installed...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
