I created a class (SomeClass), on that class, I declared a delegate (OnXyz)
and then declared an event based on that delegate (Xyz). All this in the
same class. After that, I created another class where I instantiate my
previous class (SomeClass) and attach to its event like this:
someObject. Xyz += new SomeClass. OnXyz (PrivateFunction);

Hi Folks
I have a ASP.NET 2.0 (C#) project, in which I have few ASPX/cs files.
When I compile the project, it generates the assemblies
Does this mean, when I release the files to TEST, I have to give the CS
file along with ASPX files ot just ASXP, CONFIG, dll file should be
good enough for the APP to work.

How long will Classic ASP be supported by Microsoft?
Should I start learning ASP.NET? Is it hard if you already know ASP?

Hi everyone,
which compiler will Python 2.5 on Windows (Intel) be built with? I
notice that Python 2.4 apparently has been built with the VS2003
toolkit compiler, and I read a post from Scott David Daniels where
he said that probably the VS2003 toolkit will be used for Python 2.5
again. However, even before the release of Python 2.5, I...

SOME BACKGROUND:
I am new to ASP.NET, but somehow managed to install a perfectly working
..aspx page on our production server that I compiled in Visual Studio.
However, I recently needed to update it, so I first added a ".old"
suffix to the MyPage.aspx, MyProject.dll, and global.asax files on the
production server so I had a backup copy of...

I'm not sure which is the correct group to post this to, if either, so
apologies for the crosspost and if it's OT.
I have a Visual Studio.NET 2002-compiled solution that originated at work.
At work, it runs in debug mode just fine, and breakpoints work as expected.
When I take the exact same set of files home and do a full rebuild and try...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in...
