I have been working for quite some time on this issue which in theory
should be quite simple. The problem is that the Cancel and Save
events are not fired when their respective buttons are clicked.
I have read several posts which say to put your column generating
section in the Page_Init section and it will solve the
problem....however, it hasn't solved mine.
Can somebody please take a look at this and provide any insight if
possible?

This is admittedly an apparently odd request... but please indulge me if you
don't mind:
Suppose I have two <asp:Button.../> on a page (Button1 and Button2). User
clicks Button1 and triggers a PostBack. How can I then fire the click event
of Button2 during the same PostBack?
I know this seems like a totally bad situation I'm creating out of naiveity.
But please indulge. It would save me from having to provide a lengthy
explanation for...

I'm writing a user control which has two states: Active & InActive. I
additionally am required that there to be only one active control per page,
and all logic has to be contained within the control.
In its inactive state, only a single button appears. If the user clicks on
this button, the control becomes active( the rest of the control's
functionality becomes visible), and all other instances of this user control
on the page should...

Hi,
I asked this back in January without answer and forgot about it until now.
I've got a basic web form, two textboxes, a couple of radio button groups,
some required field validators, and a Submit and Cancel button.
When the page loads, if I click the Cancel button, the server-side event
fires as normal.

Hope someone has a solution or some suggestions for this.
This cannot be right?!?
Problem:
I have multiple non-modal forms open at the same time.
One or more of these forms have a ToolStrip, each of which has
one or more ToolStripButtons.

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
