Retrive and Scan mails on a POP3 Server

Hi

I am currently loooking to develop a Windows Service in VB.Net which will scan POP3 Server EMails

Does anyone know if I can do this in .NET

I don't want to use CDO. I want to use a POP3 API if oen exists
