How to retrive the Email using POP

Hi Im using SMTP for sending the mail.But i dont know how to receive
the mail.Im sending the mail using ASP.Net C#.If some one having the
codings for retrive the Email using POP3 means please send it to me

Don't think .NET has any base POP3 client. You'll need a 3rd party
component like Indy Socket project or IPWorks.
