Hi,
When I process a HScroll scroll event I get one event fired for a increase
value using the > button.
When I make a User control with a HScroll on it and catch the message and
forward my own, I get two events fired yet I send one. I get a
SmallIncrement and then a EndScroll e.Type.
Why the difference in events, its confusing.

I implemented a ScrollableControl and only want vertical scrolling. Every time I make the form smaller then the control
the control has h scroll bars even though I set it to false. I have the control anchored to all four corners. I watched the resize event and for some reason even if i keep setting hscroll to false it gets set back to true.

I thought it might be interesting to share experiences of tracking down a

I just noticed that in FireFox, onmouseover and onmouseout events do not work properly when a div's overflow is set to hidden/auto/scroll. If you click and hold inside the div with onmouseover/out listeners and move the mouse away, the events won't launch (they do launch properly in IE7, haven't tested other browsers). If the div has overfloe:visible, the events fire as expected.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
