Hello everybody
I created a windows services with an msi file.
I have another small vb.net exe that I would like to install when I install
the windows service.
I tried to create a merge module for the exe, and added it to the windows
service...but somehow, I can not get the exe to be installed.
Can somebody can point me to the right direction ?

I am creating setup project for our application. Due to some reasons I need
to add object file to the setup (don't ask why).
So as soon as I add App.obj to Application Folder in my setup project the
Visual Studio crashes. I am using Visual Studio .NET 2003.
Any idea why this is happening and how can I overcome the problem of adding
object file to setup project?

I have created a standard VS 2003 setup project (not the Web Setup project)
that installs an Asp.Net application. In addition to this, I would like the
setup to also create a few other virtual directories mapped to physical
directories specified by the user of the setup package.
As of now, I have written a VB Script that can create the virtual
directories I need, however I don't know of an easy way to pass information

I have a windows service and am also using Enterprise Library June 2005
version. Now i have created Setup and Deployment Project which installs
the service. but how do i add EL dlls- Common.dll, Logging.dll,
Configuration.dll, Data.dll into setup project so that it is also
installed automatically. It should perform what the 'Install
Services.bat ' performs.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
