Adding thr rebooting code to my setup project !

Hi EveryBody:

Is there any way to add the rebooting code to the user interface of the setup project in VB.net ? if the answer is yes,how can I do it ?

but if the answer is no, Is there any way to add dialog that I made by myself which consist of the rebooting code to the user inteface of the setup project ? if the answer is yes, how can I do it ?

But if the answer is now, Is there any way to let my setup project rebooting after the installation is done?

any help will be appreciated.

I am creating setup project for our application. Due to some reasons I need to add object file to the setup (don't ask why). So as soon as I add App.obj to Application Folder in my setup project the Visual Studio crashes. I am using Visual Studio .NET 2003. Any idea why this is happening and how can I overcome the problem of adding object file to setup project? Thanks

I have created a standard VS 2003 setup project (not the Web Setup project) that installs an Asp.Net application. In addition to this, I would like the setup to also create a few other virtual directories mapped to physical directories specified by the user of the setup package. As of now, I have written a VB Script that can create the virtual directories I need, however I don't know of an easy way to pass information from the setup...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
