Hello,
I vaguely remember reading in the manual that the order of the retrieved
rows in a response to a select statement is unpredictable (unless you
use an order by clause). this possibly depends on the indices set up for
the table and/or used in constructing the result etc. is this accurate?
if so is there any way to insure that rows retrieved are returning in
the order by were inserted in, say other than ordering by some
'insertion...

Having problem with retrieving a class instance item from a Vector.
This is the result of the code below.
Also a weird note: If I dont declare as:
TYPE_VECTOR_BANKED_MEMORY_DATA
bankedDataMemoryLayout(NUMBER_BANKS);
but an empty vector
TYPE_VECTOR_BANKED_MEMORY_DATA bankedDataMemoryLayout;
The program crashes on the 3rd insertion???

Problem:
I am fetching data from the database, storing it in a
dataSet, and binding it with a Data Grid. The DataGrid
controls allows sorting. The problem is that when the data
is sorted on one of the columns in the Data Grid, and I
then try to retrieve the selected row using
the "SelectedRowIndex", I get the row as per the original
order of data.
Eg: If the order of rows is: C - A - B, which after

I'm playing with dynamic script insertion to make a request to the
server for a JavaScript file to be automatically run when it arrives
in the browser. It works but...
The page caching is too good. When I revisit the page or refresh the
page, and then redo the script insertion, the browser doesn't even hit
the server to check for a newer version of the JavaScript file. The
same old script runs with each insertion.
