With the following page aspx
I try to translate one my page from English to Chinese, using UTF8,
the result Is that the Chinese characters do not come read correctly,
if instead I insert directly the address
http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/trurl_pagecontent?url=http://www.etantonio.it/en/index.aspx&lp=en_zh
into the browser the page he comes shown correctly in Chinese, if i
save it and put it in my site and with the same below...

Is it possible? I installed all the language scripts on my XP box, can see
russian chars in unicode xml file, but not chinese chars. See the same
thing in tree view as when i look at xml file in notepad.

Mysql 4.1.x -- > set to big5 already
i am using C# to program.
When i retrieve chinese character from the mysql database, the chinese
character will become "????".
Alternatively, when i insert the chinese character from the program to
the database, those chinese character will become symbols too.

Hi all, I have to do a website in chinese!
Basically I just need to know how to output chinese characters. I am
assuming its very easy, but have never done it before. I can however do
simple things like changing the formats of currency and calendars and
so on.
I am guessing the answer is quite simple given; I assume Unicode would
support all the chinese characters right? Ideally I'd like them to be
able to enter their own content...

Hi,everybody,
If I create a text file like "Sub WriteTextFile" I can read the file
"file1.txt" using "Sub ReadTextFile" correctly, Whereas If I create the same
text file using NotePad.exe I can only read out these 2 strings: " is a
Chinese person's name" and "English". Need I make some conversion?

I have mysql 5 and php 5.1.2 with chinese chars in utf8 on mysql.
Browsing the tables in phpmyadmin shows correct chinese characters.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
