Hi,
I am wondering how to return data by date ranges, where I return all
data made:
Today,
(Every individual day of the week up to 1 week ago - eg. Everything for
last Monday, last Tuesday etc)
Two/Three weeks ago
Anything over three weeks ago

Before I reinvent the wheel I thought I'd ask: anybody got a code snippet
that will convert the common ISO8601 date formats to a JS date?
By "common" I mean at the least ones described in this W3C note:
http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime
For my requirements the code would be need to be open sourceable under the
BSD license.

I have a piece of code written in VS.NET 2003. It runs fine on one machine and does not on another. It throws an invalid cast
exception. Any idea why there is a difference between machines?
Dim CurDate As Date = Now
Dim SpecTime As Date = "#07:08:30 PM#"
Eception thrown here:
CurDate = SpecTime + CurDate

This has to be so simple, I'm trying to build a select query using OLEDB
adapter using Jet 4.0 that only selects records with today's date. In
access =Date() works great but of course it doesn't work here. Now() works
but doesn't select the date I assume cause now looks at the date and time?
How can I get this to only look at the date? Thanks

What is the most efficient way to select records based on a field called NOW
which contains a date or a datetimestamp
I use:
SELECT * FROM `TBL` WHERE
DATE_ADD( `TBL`.`NOW` , INTERVAL 3 MONTH ) > CURDATE( );
Is this the best way?
TIA

I need to output data for today and the following week.
Here is what I have:
// Get all the data from the table
$result = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM $table where curdate() >= day AND curdate() < DATE_ADD(curdate(),INTERVAL 7 day);")
or die(mysql_error());
// keeps getting the next row until there are no more to get

You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...
