Hi, I am trying to build a shopping cart for my DVD website and am having
trouble reading variable over different pages.
I have a page that allows the user to add things to their cart and this page
also display what they have selected. I also am trying to build a 'checkout'
page that displays the DVDs they have chosen, the cost and allows them to
remove a DVD from their cart.
However, I can't even get the checkout page to display the...

I'm attempting to follow the instructions at
http://sebsauvage.net/python/mingw.html, without luck.
I have Python 2.3, MinGW 3.2.3, ans SWIG 1.3.19.
I get an export error on "initexample" when attempting the example. Do
I need some extra switches to get SWIG to create that function? Or is
it something else?
Here's my example build:

I'm accessing MSOutlook via Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook. It works
fine if I add a reference to either version 11 (Outlook 2003) or
version 12 (Outlook 2007) of the interop assembly to my project.
However, I don't want to build two different applications for each
version; I want my application to detect and use the current version
at runtime. But when I load the assembly at runtime, I don't have
access to its classes at compile time...

Hi,
I have a strange issue. I'm pretty sure it's just some strage
configuration issue. I have a solution with a couple CLI projects,
and a couple unmanged c++ projects. When I clean, and rebuild the
build breaks. During this build I see it copying the files it has a
dependency on lacally, and then it breaks with errors saying it
doesn't know about them.
But, when I do a subsequent rebuild, it works. I don't quite

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
