Saving data from form to a table

I have created database which contains two tabels, one conatins data (master) and the other one is to store the selective data (quotation) using a form.i have created a form which displays the data sorted as per item code but how can i save the data i select as per item code in the other table (quotation).

It is not quite clear to me what your question is. Please show some of your table structure and the form(s) that you are referring to. Also: what db are you using?
