saving data

Hi,
I've a question regarding saving the data. I noticed some of my
recently-entered data mysteriously disappeared. There was nowhere to
re-locate them. Plus, those data were entered within the same week. My
colleagues and I have been cautiously avoided working on the same table
simutaneously. Any reason why the data got lost?

I appreciate your advice!

All versions of Access have a serious bug where they silently lose your
entry when you close a form if there is any reason why the record cannot be
saved. Details in:
Losing data when you close a form

The other case that often catches people out is that the data can seem to
disappear from a subform if you have not set your foreign key's Required
property to No. It is actually there in the table, but never appears in the
subform again, since the null foreign key does not match any record in the
main form. Note that this happens even if you have created a relationship
with Referential Integrity.

More information (and a 3rd case) in article:
The Query Lost My Records! (Nulls)

I would appreciate it if anyone could either help me out, or direct me to an online resource site that has information on saving/loading classes. I have found several tutorials, but they either do not really help (saving text files) or are too...

Hi, Would someone be able to shed some light on what is the cost of saving a DataTable to session vs saving a custom object of the same data. For example, let's say I had a DataTable with 1000 records and each record had 10 columns, how much extra cost is involved in saving that vs, a custom object with 10 get/set properties in a ArrayList holding 1000 instances of the object with the same data?

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
