I'm not an asp expert. I'm having a little difficulty accessing a site
(over the LAN). When I enter the default page into the web browser's
address bar, it pops up a domain login screen, rather than the default
page. Now, if there is a local user account on the web server with the
same name and password as the person trying to hit the machine, then the
domain login box does not appear and the default page is displayed. Since
I don't...

Hi all.
I have an ArrayList and
sometimes while enumerating through, i get an
exception because another thread has added to the ArrayList.
To solve this problem, i lock the enumeration,
passing the ArrayList instance to the lock.
But i still get the same exception.
Thanks for your help.
Sharon.

I'm trying to pass a custom object back and forth between forms.
This custom object is pulled into the app using an external reference
to an assembly DLL that was given to me by a co-worker. A query-string
flag is used to indicate to the page whether it should instantiate
a new instance of the object or access an existing instance from
the calling page.
On the both pages I have a property of the page which is an
instance of this custom...

I'm relatively new with C-programming and even though I've read about
pointers and arrays many times, it's a topic that is a little confusing
to me - at least at this moment:

1) What's the difference between these 3 statements:
(i) memcpy(&b, &KoefD, n); // this works somewhere in my code

I have started to get a problem when mail merging from my access database to word.
When I mail merge the database password is requested to proceed which is odd as the database is already open.
If I enter the password then the mail merge will fail. However if I click cancel when asked for the password the mail merge will work but then the database will close.
I am continually working on this database and changing things which must mean...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
