I know this is a thing used primarily on websites..but since python can do
anything ;)
I'm trying to make a clickable image map for my wxPython program.
Basically, I know how to organize the images into one large image in a
panel, but how do I make the individual pieces clickable like webpage
links(in wxPython)? The goal is to add an event handler that displays the
image piece in a different panel, along with attributes. Which I could do...

Hi All,
I am currently writing an application in C# that uses dynamic menus that are
created from a Database table. The problem I have is that i need a property
in the MenuItem to store the DB Key value when I create the Item (similair
to the Tag property, which is not there). Is there a way of adding the Tag
property to the MenuItem Class, if not is there any property that can store
this data ?
Best Wishes

I am developing a web site for a summer comedy series. The site has
links to buy tickets but I want them to disappear two hours before the
show begins. Does anyone know how to use a simple javascript that
shows and hides text and links after a date has passed?

Hi
Sorry for posting again.
I have a datagrid which is put inside a div tag to make it scrollable. I
need to page the datagrid. The page numbers appear at the bottom of the
datagrid and has to be scrolled down completely to see the page number
links. The page number should always be visible outside the scroll bar.
Basically I want to create the paging links dynamically and on click of
this it should fire PageIndexChanged event.

I want to dynamically create page links that my customers can click on and get the appropriate data but the pages don't
really exist. Is there any other way to do this other than creating a custom 404 error page?

I have a datatable that contains a number of web addresses as type nvarchar
(eg 'www.msdn.com').
I want to use these as hyperlinks in a datagrid column.
Whats the best way to do this? How can I set the NavigateURL property for
each row of a HyperLinkField column dynamically? Is this even the best way to
do it?
Thanks

OK heres a newb question and I'm sorry for it, but im getting back into web design after like 5 years off and im stuck even though i should know the problem i cant seem to correct it atm.
What I'm trying to do is create a page that pulls up a list of items in a DB page, lists the items and creates a dynamic link using the item_id making the item_name a link to a more detailed page.
So that when they click the Item_name it uses the item_id...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
