I'm popping up a window with the following piece of javascript :
MyWindow =
window.open(fil estring,'MyWind ow','directorie s=no,status=no, scrollbars=yes, r
esizeable=yes,m enubar=no,toolb ar=no,screenX=2 5,screenY=25,to p=25,left=25,wi d
th=650,height=5 00').focus();
Everything about the window is correct except it is NOT resizeable - the top
right expand button is insensitive and the window borders cannot be grabbed
and dragged - WTF????

3- why the focus() call?
4- Got it! It's resizable, not resizeable
There is no purpose to setting all other windowFeature to no once one,
at least one, has been defined.

window if there is an existing window! Sometimes the existing window is
NOT resizeable because it is a pop-up ad.

If I manage to call the following bit of javascript in IE and MZ

I get a window that is not resizable and without a statusbar. Yet FF
gives me both a statusbar and the window is resizable! Does this mean
that FF does not support these "features" or is there a different way to

The window.open method brings my window to the top only if it is new. If
it's being reused, the window does not come to the foreground (with IE 6 it
does).
Is there a new way in Mozilla/Firefox that I can ensure that this
