I have found many examples of how to access an HTML text field from
PHP, but cannot find the reverse - how to load an HTML form from a
MySQL database.
Specifically, I have an HTML form which contains several text boxes
that correspond to the fields in a MySQL file. What I want to do is
call a PHP form that reads one record from MySQL and then populates
all of the HTML fields on the calling form.
The call to MySQL is not a problem -...

I have a text area in my webpage where i allow people to format their
data in to multiple paragraphs. I store this data in the database and
display it in a similar textarea to keep the formatting the same.
The javascript i use to construct a xml document of all the changed data
in my webpage compares the data in the textarea to data stored in an xml
data island. Whenever the data has these carriage returns or new line
("\r\n") it always...

I have what I hope is a simple request. I can't really code in javascript, but I am pretty good at cusomizing it with
slight modifications. I code in ASP and HTML.
I am trying to capture customer input of product names to put on custom labels we make. Some of the labels will have our
product names on them, but the customer can add other products that we do not sell.
So, on my product detail page I want a textbox that can have rows copied...

I am working on a site in which I would like to have two dropdowns that will
allow a user to navigate through the administrative pages of the site. The
first would allow the user to choose the particular site that they would
like to edit. The second would allow the user to select which admin screen
they would like to edit. The second dropdown needs to be populated based on
the selection in the first one. I want to encapsulate these...

I know that this sounds like something overly complex - because it is.
However, if I can keep the user interface the way it is, my users will
be ultra happy! That is the goal...
In general, this is an inventory receiving piece of an overall larger
web-based ERP system.
What I have is a form in which I have a dynamic number of multline
textareas for inputting (possibly barcode scanning in) many serial
numbers per lineitem recieved.

Hi, I'm a total novice to ASP (yesterday was literally the first time I looked at it) but am currently working on an application that will send an e-mail to selected users, the text that goes in the e-mail will be displayed in a textarea and will be loaded from the database but is editable. The text loaded into the textarea will be selected from a select listbox which is populated by the database (I've actually managed to figure that bit out).

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
