Hi All,
I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to setup my main page so that
when the user moves the mouse over an image, it changes the source (got this
working). When the user CLICKS on the image (it is a link to the content
page) it changes to a third image AND STAYS THERE. ie: so the iamge won't
change back to the omouseoff image. Does this make sense?
Also, how do I "preload" the images before they are even needed? eg:...

I was calling a function in a js file from an image onClick event, but
someone still using Netscape 4 (!) complained that it didn't work. I
read that img onClick doesn't work in Netscape 4, so swithced it to
"javascript:show(...);" and the code works, but I read in this group
that it was not wise to do that, here's the working version, using the
not recommended approach:

Difficult to explain but....
I have a form. Inside the form is a table (2 columns).
1st column has text. Click on the text and a hidden div appears in the 2nd
column and contains a textarea.
(pause)
This form has a lot of textareas so rather than have a long ugly form I
decided to use 10 hidden divs each one containing a different textarea. Each
hidden div has the same positioning...

I have a very long page of html that I want to take portions and hide
them in divs, then show when a link is clicked. I have the hide show
part working when the link is clicked, however I would really like to
use linked images instead to do the following:
- When open.gif is clicked, the contents of the div show and open.gif
is swapped with close.gif
- subsequently, when close.gif is clicked, the div contents get hidden

Ok, this seems weird, but i think it's a permissions problem (perhaps);
but I cannot seem to access any external resources within a web
project.
When I set up a new web app, add a resource to it, edit the default
aspx with an img tag, and run it, the generated html looks fine, but
the image will not show.
I test the path to the image and i can view it in my browser, but it

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
