What would be the best way to parse this XML document?
I want to avoid using XMLDocument.
I don't know if I should use XMLTextReader, or Xpath classes.
There is only one element <MessageStore> element in the document, "always"
at the end of the document.
There will be thousands of <Messages> elements, "always" before
<MessageStore> element.

How can I parse the component elements per partList in the following xml
file? If I remove the namespace section of the xml my code works. I am not
sure why the namespace section impacts my code? Of course when I remove the
namespace I section I change the selectnode reference accordingly.

I need to parse through a string for each number and then run a command.
Each number only which represents a employee id.
string a = "AGENTS\n093333\n8883773\n3338373\nEND OF RESULTS"
When I press a submit button I want this to execute
for each employee id i will have it run a command or somthing.
Im not sure how to write a tokenizer or string split.

I am using Microsoft Developer Environment 2003 Version 7.1.3088 and .NET
Framework version 1.1.4322 SP1.
From my web-service I get one row of data and return it to my client. From
my client I want to be able to parse apart the Data in the returned XML
string by field name. (<group_name>, <city>, <state?, etc.) Thank-you.

I want to take a long alpha-numeric string with \n and white-space and
place ALL elements of the string (even individual parts of a long
white-space) into separate list elements. The most common way I've
seen this performed is with the split() function, however I don't
