I am trying to make something similar to citysearch.com. For example:
If you search for a city, say Raleigh, NC, it will find it for you,
but then all other URLs on the page will have the location parameter
attached. For example, say "city=raleigh" So, if you go back to the
home page, or any other page on the site, that will still be attached to
the URL. Is there any easy way to do that? I know PHP has a way to
automatically attach...

I have a user control being used instead of a frame page. when the user
clicks on a menu item I need to send the ID (integer value) of that menu as
a parameter in the postback of the user control which will be used to query
sql server to repopulate the datagrid in the user control.
I also wrapped the user control in a panel element so I could position it on
the page.
I'm clueless on how to get started with this.

I have this line of code in my .aspx page
<asp:HyperLink ID="hrefView" CssClass="main" ForeColor="blue" Runat="server"
NavigateUrl='<%# "View.aspx?id=" + ID.ToString()%>'>View

But when the page runs it shows text only "View Customer" without hyperlink.

I had posted this problem earlier and just noticed that the Hyperlink is the
problem.
Apparently, it doesn't figure out the path correctly. It uses the path of
the file it is in, even if it is a control.
I have 2 files "displayCompanyJobs.aspx" and "displayCompanyOverview.aspx"
which are in both the folder "/jobseeker/" and "/employer/".
I have a user control "displayCompanyJobs.ascx" that is in my /applicant/

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
