Hello,
I have a HIDDEN div with a "Please Wait Message". OnSubmit I show the
hidden div with the "Please Wait Message". It works fine. But if I
replace the "Please Wait Message" with an animated gif - the gif shows
up BUT it does not animate.
How do I make the gif animate?

I've been able to locate, and download, the source for "animate.js" from a
number of web sites, but have not been able to find *any* documentation on
this script.
Does anyone have any docs, or point to where they are? (I've tried about a
dozen different search term combinations on google -- but no joy!!)

I'm afraid I'm a newbie to javascript coding, so I hope this isn't too silly
a question. Basically I'm trying to display a simple animation of a sequence
of 24 hourly rain radar pictures (radar1.jpg, radar2.jpg etc). I'm
preloading the pictures into an array, then displaying the pictures in
sequence using setTimeout to call the animate() function to load the next in
the sequence as each one is displayed. Nothing clever, and it's no more...

Ho provato a lavorare sulla libreria free gif89; funziona ma non
riesco a fare una gestione personalizzata.
In sintesi, vorrei che la gif caricara ad esempio in un bottone,
compaia ferma fino a quando il mouse non va sul bottone; quindi non
appena il mouse si allontana dal bottone, si deve nuovamente bloccare,
ma rimanere visibile.
Chi mi può dare una dritta ?

Access97 using the Gif89 Class
I have an animated gif that becomes animatated during a long running
routine. The gif becomes visible and animates when I click the command
button.
The gif does become visible but fails to animate if I click the button
a second time after the routine has previously run.
Can this be fixed?

I have a page that executes a method that takes a long time and i have an
iframe that displays an progress bar animated gif while the page is running.
The first time you hit it, it doesn't animate. The second time you try, it
starts animating. I can be on my aspx page and onload have the iframe
navigate to the correct page, so i would think that the gif would be loaded
Anyone know why?
