please help me with a design issue by looking at my screenshots

hello,

let's say you are looking at an online doctor profile and there are
quartile ratings and star ratings for various aspects of the doctor.

A quartile rating basically says: "for this item, the doctor is better
than 35%, 50%, or 75% of his/her peers.

I am having a hard time deciding on the right layout (dont flame me,
its a heavy javascript page, so still somewhat related to this group I
hope).

I put 4 screenshots of different options and would love if you could
take a look at the 4 screenshots and then vote which one is the
easiest to understand.

Thanks a LOT!

My first question when I see sites like that is how does a person know
that unless s/he has visited every single one of his/her peers? After
that, I discount any site that tries to tell me that. And, I also
typically discount sites that rate a doctor. What I have found - from
personal experience rating a doctor - is that the negative ratings get
removed and you only end up with neutral (if lucky) and positive reviews
and that makes them worthless to me.

To keep it JS related: Ditch the jQuery and at least find a library
written by someone that has a minimum understanding of Javascript and
the author of jQuery doesn't.

Hi, I'm making a complicated css based site (CMS) without tables (because of Accessibility). It looks good in any new browsers on my machine (IE5.5, IE6, NS7, OP6, Mozilla 1.1) :-) You can zoom and you can resize the window. But with browsercam.com it was possible to see (8 hours) my page through other different browsers, like AOL, older NS and the new

Hi, Could some kind person using Mac or Linux (or others) please take a look at http://www.mlynarczyk-webdesign.de/tmp/menu/menu.html and tell me if the page renders as it should (screenshot provided on the page)? Never mind the colors, this is just to test the functionality. The page validates (HTML & CSS), and seems to "work" as expected on Windows (IE5+, OP5+, NN5+, Mozilla & Firefox). I know the styles won't work on IE4

Introduction Usability and relevance have been identified as the major factors preventing mass adoption of Business Intelligence applications. What we have today are traditional BI tools that don't work nearly as well as they should, even for analysts and power users. The reason they haven't reached the masses is because most of the tools are so difficult to use and reveal so little

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
