Hi,
I want to open a file from javascript with the code,
window.open("fi le://///xxxxxxxx/xxxx/xx/freedom.exe"). It is opening preperly. But asking the prompt for open,save and cancel. I want to run the file without the prompt. Please help me.

Well, imagine if that were possible!
It's an executable, so you're going to get a prompt.
You could set your browser to the lowest security setting (not a good idea) or allow it to run any script without prompting, but I'm not sure if it would run the exe file without prompting.
I hope this is for your own use or for an intranet.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
