Hello-
I was amazed at the suckerfish drop-downs from AListApart.com. They
work great except for one thing, if I position the drop-downs over an
iframe element, on mouseover the menus disappear. It works fine in IE,
but not FireFox. I would like to implement these menus, but if I can't
get this to work, I gotta look at something else.
If anyone has some suggestions, I would appreciate it.

data on one drop down or both. How can I link these dropdowns together to
allow the user to filter on one or both?

Let me explain,
I have 2 drop downs on my web form and they populate my gridview via a
button and a stored procedure. I have 2 links in my GridView, I need to pass
the value of one of the drop downs in my URL via the query string and that
value is not returned in the stored procedure that is loading the grid.
So how can I get the selectedItem.value from the drop down and pass it in
the querystring in my gridview link?

I have a table with 3 pieces of data that I would like to use to

drop down to change when a state is selected and I would like office
drop down to change when an orgname is selected. I can do this with
multiple tables but am having difficulty getting it to work when the
data is in the...

Hi,
I've found a great website which can extract data from a MySQL database and populate chained drop downs. (http://www.noboxmedia.com/20/massive-ajax-countryarea-drop-down-list/)
I'd like the option of a user "dynamically" uploading their Excel file, extracting certain data, and including their data in the drop downs too. All this without the users data needed to be stored on the server longer than necessary.
The only way I can see...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
