Hi
I want to warn the user that changing the selected item in a pull-down
will clear some data he has already entered in a file download box.
I've tried using confirm() to return true or false with a line such as:
onchange="return(confirm('proceed Yes or No')))"
but it always stops the change.

hey all,
in my page load i'm attaching a javascript confirm message to my save
button. my problem is i have some client side validation which uses a Custom
Validator web control and when i make the validation go off and hit save, it
allows me to postback with the error. Am i doing something wrong?

Please, someone verify that this isn't just my system with this error...
The problem is that VS.net can't properly store large 'long' values for
control properties.. I'm guessing the threshold is actually if they are
larger than an int.MaxValue.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Windows Control Library project
2. Create a new control
3. Add a 'protected long' member
