Hi.

It sounds to me like you want to make a sort of 'check all' check-box, where one box will check all the rest?

If that is the case then your best bet would be using JavaScript. You would have to give each of the boxes an ID and trigger a script that checks them all when the master box is checked.

I have a PHP generated page which displays X many records. Each record has a checkbox preceding it. The user checks several checkboxes, and hits a delete button. All the corresponding records will be deleted. But I'm running into difficulty... Right now the NAME property of each check box is the primary key of the corresponding record. Hence if I know which checkboxes are checked, I simply use DELETE using the NAME value.

I have a form with 2 check boxes. One of the check boxes is used to specify that the user is a "primary contact." When I check the primary contact box I want a second box for "standard contact" to be checked as all primary contacts must be standard contacts. If I uncheck the primary contact no change in status of the standard contact is needed. I am assuming I can use some onclick function but I tried using a onclick on the one box to...

Sorry if this isn't the correct group, i don't think there is a group for straight HTML. I am trying to create a type of search engine. There are two radio buttons at the top, in the middle there is a text box, with the search button next to it, and at the bottom there are four check boxes. When the form loads one of the two radio buttons are selected as the default, what i want is when someone clicks on one of the four checkboxes, one of...

At the bottom of the form is a command button. When the command button is clicked, I need the VBA scripting to determine which Check Box has been selected, and then assign a vaule to a string based on which Check Box has been selected. What I'm having trouble figuring...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
