Is it possible to dynamically create a new form object (form1), then create
a new form field object and add it form1, and then add form1 to the current
document? I need to do all this in script rather than using the html <form>
and related tags. Can this be done to support both IE, Firefox?
Any code snippets or samples showing how to do this would be fantastic.

I posted a similar message earlier but we've geared away from the
original topic somewhat so I thought I'd post again in hopes of getting
input from others.
I am creating a MenuStrip dynamically. For each ToolStripMenuItem, I'm
adding an event handler so that the same routine gets called regardless
of which menu item was clicked. All of this works great - my menu is
being loaded properly and my routine gets called properly.

how can I populate one aspx form when page is loading based on page ID? for
example:
loading page A (to search for VB code) would display labels and texboxes,
dropdown lists all related to VB, plus the address bar would show something
like this: www.somethinghere?id=3
and if you change number 3 from the address bar to (for example) 34 or 71
you would get different page with the same formatting like I.e:

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
