I have a payment form with a submit button. A large percentage of users
double-click the submit button thus submitting their payment information
twice. I would like to use javascript to disable the submit button once
it's been clicked, yet still have the form submit. I can do this in ASP
2.0, however, ASP.Net seems to be adversely affected if you disable the
submit button. Here's how I have it set up...
The submit button is a...

Hi,
This is probably known solution but I have not found it in minimum amount of code.
I'd like to disable button on client-side after clicking on it.
Just disabling it in javascript do not produce postback event.
Any examples in ASP.NET 2.0?
Thanks,

Hi,
Experienced programmer but new to PHP. Moreover I'm to use PHP with Xoops on
top (this adds object orientation?).
I don't seem to find a xoops Usenet group?
Whatever the case (and presumably a Xoops property): how does one disable
(grey-out) a button?

In my application, there are lot of processes which take several
seconds. What we want is that once user clicks on a button (or link or
whatever) and while we are processing that request, we don't want user
to do anything else on the page. We want to disable everything. I
have following javascript on all of my pages (which is supposed to
work), but it doesn't work.
<script language="JavaScript">
function ignoreinput() {
return false;

I need to enable or disable a submit button based on the value of a data field stored in a database. I have found working examples of how to enable or disable based on a checkbox; but, I need it to work based on a data field value. I have created a textbox in a hidden area that contains the stored data value. I have set the beginning value of the submit button to disabled. I want the submit button to be enabled if the value in the textbox is...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
