hello,
i have a table that creates and deletes rows dynamically using
createElement, appendChild, removeChild.
when i have added the required amount of rows and input my data, i
would like to calculate the totals in each row.
when i try however, i receive the error:
"Error: 'elements' is null or not an object"

How can I hide an entire row of a table if one of the cells in that row is
equal to a value drop down box value.
My goal is to have a filtered table so that each cell in each row determines
if it should be hidden by drop down boxes. Thanks for your help.

I would like to add some javascript to show/hide a certain row of a
table. The first row of the table contain the hyperlink that calls the
javascript the second row is the one i want to show/hide with the
javascript in a toggle fashion.
the problem is a know very little javascript and have become incredibly
frustrated because i went ahead thinking it was going to be like C. its not.

My page populates a table with a list of names and other information from a
JavaScript object. I receive changes (adds, change & delete) to that list,
convert it into a JavaScript object. I do understand how to add the new
names to the list.
I have 3 questions:
1) How can I search through the table rows to find the rows to be changed
or removed?

As it isnow i have to use a syntax for my tables as:
<table class = "some" border>
and/or
<table class = "some" noborder>
Now, what i'd like to do is to make that border-thingy
appear/desappear using javascript. Is it solvable that
way? I tried to rely on CSS but i didn't find any good
info on this matter...

Hi
I am running a client side javascript timer to periodically refresh the
contents of some tables in the HTML page. The table values are
dynmically binded from XML DOM object using the <XML tag in HTML>. The
data is getting updated properly. but whenever the value is refreshed,
the HTML page flickers. How do i avoid this flickering..

I figured I would post my solution to the following.
Resizable column tables.
Search and replace values in a table. (IE only)
Scrollable tables.
Sortable tables.
It is based on a lot examples I found on the web. Works in IE and mozilla.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
