Hi, I have a curius problem, I hava a flash in a html page. In flash I have
a button to open a pop up with this code:
getURL
("javascript:vo id(window.open( 'http://www.onePage.com ','popwindow',' status=y
es,scrollbars=y es,width=800,he ight=450,resiza ble=yes'))");
this works perfect always, but now when the page is inside a frame it
doesn't work, doing nothing.
I have tried with:
window.parent.o pen
window.top.open
calling a function like: "brOpenWind ow" declared in the html file
But nothing works, nevertheless I put the same code in the html file and it
works, but in Flash no, but in flash without frames yes !!!
can anybody help me??

Well, I tried and it works.
I have tried with:
window.parent.o pen
window.top.open
No need for that. As I said, it should open from the GetURL.

other browser windows or other applications altogether on the desktop, I am

Hi,
I am trying to pop-up a window when the user clicks on an image. The
problem is that when the user clicks on the image and the window pops
up OK, but the window underneath also proceeds to the image. The
desired behavior is that when the pop-up is invoked, I want the
underlying window to stay put.
I don't have this problem when I run the code on my local computer but
I do have it when I run the code on geocities.

as the new window to be genereated, and again want another window to

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
