Not looking for a special or fancy css stylesheet. For a HTML beginner, stylesheet is still far away from now. Not even said thinking about cross browser. But, an XHTML page without stylesheet look ugly. SO, I am looking for a "cross browser" "general" stylesheet that can be apply to a general HTML page.

Hi, I've been asked in a job interview how to make C code look like C++ code, and honestly I didn't know what to answer because I have never really done a lot of C. Now, I've been searching around the web about web sites that talk about this subject, but I've had no luck. Can anyone point me to some web site about this subject? Thanks a lot!

Hi, Could anyone help with the following. I have a windows form. On it I have a function (DrawCross) to draw a cross throught the centre of the form from corner to corner. The function which draws the cross takes as input a graphics object, a width and a height. So on paint I call the function with the width and height set to the forms client width and height. The upshot being that as I resize the form so the cross is drawn through...

Hi, sorry for the cross-post but I'm a bit unsure on which side of the line I could find such things. I'm looking for a T-SQL Parser in .NET that produces an abstract syntax tree. Ideally it should also be able to parse Stored Procedures as well. I would hate to have to write one myself but would be willing to continue the work on it in case someone has already started working on it. Thanks for any input,

Hi, Apologies first as I am not a unicode expert.... indeed I the details probably totally elude me. Not withstanding: how can I convert a binary string containing UTF-8 binary into a python unicode string? cutdown example: $ cat ./uc.py #!/usr/bin/env python imported="\304\246\311\231\316\257\316\271\303\222

Hello, me and 2 fellow students are busy working on our endterm project at school. The assignment consists of a cross platform multimedia application (a game in our project) that can be compiled on Windows, Linux or Apple. We have extended our client to have online capababilities, but I'm having trouble finding decent information about making cross platform TCP or UDP connections to a server. I know there is SDL_NET to use as it's a good...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
