Hello,
I have found myself in the position of having to manage & "hack" a web
site built by someone else. I am trying to make a modification to the
javascript code and have been unable to get this working. I admit that
I am a total javascript beginner, but have read google & purchased the
o'reilley javascript book. So far, all I've been able to achieve are
numerous javascript errors!
Currently, we have a drop-down box which triggers...

Hi all:
I'm having a nasty time with a particularly difficult piece of code
and was hoping someone might be able to help me. I have a FormMail
form that originally worked perfectly.
Then, I had to add a JavaScript function to the Submit button to make
a server function run when the form was submitted. Unfortunately,
this JavaScript wouldn't run when the button was designated as a
Submit, so I changed the button and placed a...

Hi, all. I got stuck...here..
Let me simplify my problem..
I added One TextBox, and Required Validator associated with the textbox.
And, Submit button.
When submit is clicked it should do some thing before submit.
So, when button clicked javascript function "SaveData()" must be called.
So, I added following code to Page_Load event.

I've been trying to execute a javascript function just before submit on a
form that contains an <input type="file"> input field and it isn't working.
The reason I want to do this is the end users will be uploading files that
are between 1 and 2 Meg. in size, and they are not too knowledgeable about
computers. I want to disable the form buttons so they can't hit them after
they hit the "upload" button. We're trying to prevent them from...

Hi all,
Has anyone been able to write some custom javascript on the onclick event of
submit button to do certain things like disable submit button, only submit
form once etc. This was a breeze in 1.1 since I could edit the .js file. Now
in 2.0 I can no longer do this. Also, my code would have to be called after
all client-side validation was done and was successful. Any ideas?
TIA!

Hi,
Can anyone help. This is really doing my nut in. 3 years ASP exp. and
now doing .DOT which is a step in the wrong direction.
Basically I am left with the code of a guy who has left. When I click a
button on a pop-up window the javascript for that button click does a
'button.form.submit'. On the Server side there is a Button click event
for this button, but for some reason it no longer fires. It worked fine
before and everything...

I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
