I have created a slider using Javascript and html tables that
generally works very well.
As you move the "knob" to the right, a numeric value in an adjactent
<INPUT type="text"> tag increases. As you move the knob to the left,
the numeric value decreases... just as it should. It works very smooth
and seamlessly. Very responsive to the mouse's movement.
Now, I would like to make this INPUT tag have type="hidden". But when

The problem:
I want to know, definitively when a slider loses focus after a user has
started sliding and hasn't released the mouse yet. It appears that
this is captured with the WM_ACTIVATEAPP message but this only goes to
the form and I want it in the user control that maybe very much removed
from the form's knowledge; i.e. the form may launch a 3rd party form
that, upon a call back, decides to launch other form that has my user
control...

Hi everyone,
I am developing a web page for an embedded application. I created a text box for entering a value (only 1 byte long). The onchange event triggers correctly when I enter the value from a keyboard and press enter. However, it doesn't seem to fire when a javacript (a slider in this case) modifies the text box's value. I have tried:
document.getElementById("sd1").fireEvent("onchange"); and,...

Hey guys!
I'm currently working on project, in which I need to animate a menu. It seems to work all right in Safari and Firefox, but Internet Explorer 7.0 makes the animation run slower, and I can't figure out why!?
So far I have only tested it in version 7.0 of Internet Explorer.
First of all I'll show you the Javascript code, which runs in a seperate document:
function startSliders(){

I use cutehtml as these are my starting days with Javascripts. The script generated by CuteHTML works in IE and Opera. It does not however work in Mozilla. its a slideshow of images. The problem with Mozilla is that the page loads and the slideshow never loads giving me a static blank area where the slideshow should have loaded.
I am pasting the script below.
<script language="JavaScript">

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
