Is there anyway to remove focus from the "Yes" button of a confirm prompt?

I want to prompt the user to confirm a delete, however, I am paranoid
that they may accidentally hit enter key and delete. (you know how
data enters will just cruise through messages)

Anyway.... any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to
have to use the "response" function instead.

Then reverse the logic. Instead of letting Yes delete the record, have
Yes retain the record.

Whats the "response function"? Never heard of it.

I unfortunately can't do it that way.
The specs sent to us by hospital staff want the dialog to be certain
ways. (ugh!)

I do like the approach though... any other ways?

I must have gotten the name wrong with the response function.
I am fairly new to JS (don't like to use it much at all ... mostly do
serve-side stuff). Anyway, I thought there was an alert-like function
that expected a "response" back from user.

Any other ideas?

window.confirm( "Delete files?");
window.confirm( "Cancel file deletion?");

Hi, I used XslCompiledTransform with the following Xsl file. The <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes"does not work when using XslCompiledTransform to do the trnasform (namely the output contain < not <), while it works when using MSXML2 to do the transform. Does anyone have the same problem and how to make the escape work? Thanks. <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">

Hey, Can someone please clarify, confirm, or set me straight on my understanding of a standalone="yes" attribute in the xml version element? I assume it means that the xml document containing it is standalone, and does not refer to any external document to define types. In other words, it doesn't use an external dtd to validate any types - everything used would be defined within the doc itself. In other words, you would never see an xml...

Greetings, For my DESKTOP application I have more than one exit button where I would like the user to be prompted to confirm they really wish to exit. Much like in VBA with msgbox VbYesNo functionality. I haven't got a message box within my installed components at the moment. I've seen fscommand("messagebox") functionality mentioned to, I assume this is more webpage/server side orientated though. Wondering if there is an easy way to...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
