This is going to be hard to explain so please bear with me. I have a
webpage that contains one big table that I want to enclose everything
in. The table is broken up into 2 main rows. One contains my GIF
banner. The second row contains two columns. The first column contains
8 subrows and the second column spans the 8 subrows. When I add a
table to my second column and resize it it resizes the rows in the

Is it possible to alter a table to resize a varchar column? The PG docs
indicate lots of uses for "alter table T alter column C..." but not one
that allows the changing of the type (or same type, new size).
This is possible in Oracle (provided you are increasing the column size).
Is there a way to resize the column without having to drop or recreate the
table or column?

The browser will open a new window size 200x200, not allow resize and
no auto horizontal, vertical scrolling bars.

I have a datagridview on a windows form, AllowUserToResizeColumns is
set to false, it has 3 columns, as you'd expect i cant resize the
columns, but i CAN resize the last column?
I have column headers visible set to true, and i can drag the far end
of the final column back n forwards.
If i set column headers visible to false, then i have the ability to
drag from the area where the rows are!

Hi!
This discussion may help other programmers get a better idea of how to save
uploaded images through a website.
Why? Well currently, I save 3 versions of every uploaded image on my own
little website:
1. Small: DOWNsize of original image to be used as a thumbnail.
2. Medium: DOWNsize of original image to be used as user avatars/icons in
