Hi folks,
I wonder if what I have in mind is possible, maybe even not all that
complicated:
I have an image, which is a yellow circle. I want this yellow circle to
change color by having 3 sliders (RGB) on a website and a button to process
it.
Is this at all possible and could someone point me in the right direction or

Hi there,
In Photoshop I can, when I want to change the dpi(dots per inch) of a
picture, arrange that the picture won't be resized. Do you know of a way, I
can accomplish this in python with PIL? If I use this script it changes the
dpi, but the picture becomes huge.
Thanks
Arjen

I have been trying to write a script that will increase the size of
and image when you mouse over it, and decrease it to original size,
when you mouse out. After a couple of attempts, this is what I've come
up with. In this example, there are 5 images (0 thru 4) all with a
height of 80px. When you mouse over an image, it changes the
growingImage variable equal to the number of the image you mouse over,
when you mouse out, it sets it to 5,...

Hi,
I've written some javascript to randomly choose a classical music composer's
picture and sample audio and display it on my home page
(http://marc.fearby.com/), and this works fine in Mozilla but has problems
in IE. Here's the code:
imagestring = "<img src=\"" + imagedir + composers + "\" />";
objimage.innerHTML = imagestring;

What are the coding options for client-side image size changing?
I want the viewer to be able to switch between two different sizes
of the same image with his/her mouse.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there everyone,
I have a part info form which has a faded image of our company logo as a
background.
I want to replace the faded image with a bright red warning image on items
which have run out of purchasing cover.
I am nearly there, the only problem is that the code below only changes the
image background for text and combo-box backgrounds, it doesn't apply it to
the whole form.

Related to my earleir post ... this is the same project to re-purpose the Classifieds application in BEGINNING ASP 3.0 (Wrox) to a comicbook database ...
This is a brainteaser that should have been easy to resolve but just doesn't seem to work for me ... The original application includes a form page for editing the details of an "item". In my case the item is a comicbook. The page functions just fine as long as I stick with text fields, but I...

I'm reading a series of images from a MS SQL table and saving them to
directory. These are staff ID pictures from our security card app.
Once I've extracted the ID photo from the security app to disk, I need
to reference the disk file in our HR app. As part of the process, I'm
resizing the image and changing its resolution from 96 to 72 dpi. If
they are not at a 72 dpi resolution, the HR app freezes. The resizing
works without a hitch, but...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...
