I have a frame which is supposed to contain a list of links. The
clickable area of each link comprises a picture followed by some text.
I want the text to be cut at the right hand side when the user resizes
the frame to be "too narrow".
Right now, the source for that frame looks like this:
<table border="1" width="100%">
<tr style="background-color:#C0C0C0">

I've been trying to create a simple vertical navigation bar, using (as
recommended) an unordered list (UL) of hyperlinks. I'd like to have a hover
effect, so I have to style the links themselves.
ul.links a:link, ul.links a:visited {
color: #FFFFFF;
background-color: #000000;
}
ul.links a:hover, ul.links a:active {
color: #FF0000;

I've got a question regarding making menu's in Css.
I've made a picture of the menu in photoshop, have made the mouseover effect in different frames, and made a quick pregenerated html/javascript menu with Imageready. (The menu with simple html tables, and the mouseover effect with javascript).
However, this is not the best way, Css can do more. I've done this before, but someone told me I'm not doing it right.
what I did is, make a Css...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
