i want to resize dynamically table cols.
But some strange behaviour occurs under mozilla.
I cannot resize a col smaller than the largest element, even with overflow
hidden and table-layout fixed.
With one exception:
Inserting a initial css table-width like 10px in the html. In this case i
can resize to smaller sizes.
I can live with that (need to calc all td widths, set each and then put the
table to 1px),
but why can't i add this table...

I have a table I hide show/hide through a pair of divs. The show/hide
part works fine in both Mozilla and MSIE. When switching between the
hide and show versions the Mozilla browser keeps them in small width,
about 740 pixels.
When switching between show/hide with MSIE the "show" table wants to
display about 960 pixels. If I set the outer table to '
style="table-layout: fixed;" ' then MSIE chooses to force the width to
960 pixels.

In my example the focus should only jump to textbox2 if you press the tab
key and if '11' is in textbox1. That works fine.
However if you enter e.g. '12' in textbox1 and click on 'Link', Mozilla
shows the alert 'Wrong numer' but also jumps to 'www.google.com'.
Opera and IE don't do that what's in my opinion the correct behavior.

I want to show hide layers. I am able to show and hide layers but i am facing problem that, cant view the cursor in Mozilla,but i can type in input text box, its overlapping the layers.
I don`t want to change the way i have used to show and hide layers.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
