I want to include numerous screen prints about printing, date time settings,
regional settings in the help files I will distribute with my application.
Must I obtain written permission from Microsoft or alter these screen shots

I'm trying to rewrite the CSS used in

In a Delphi application I would use GetDC passing the handle of the window I
wanted to capture, then with the handle and a caption I would be able to
convert the image to a bitmap. I would like to be able to do this in
C#/.net, but I don't know where to start.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
