Hi there,
I have a serious problem with opening a new window with the help of JavaScript.
The problem only occures with Firefox.
Once you click on the item which fires up the open function, the new window
opens up, but in the background the original window loads the homepage. I cant
find a way to fix this so the site remains in the old window.
Please have a look, if you click on the picture with the car you will see the
problem.

I suggest that everyone using a recent version of Firefox read
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=315656&sid=b1db62861b8da29535c43e9c5c527c3b
at once. This new security problem was reported Friday and may be
extremely serious for certain Firefox versions. There is a patch, but
it will take a little time to release. Instructions are given on how to
avoid the problem until the patch is ready to download.

Hi there,
I am having a problem with the behavior of Firefox, where lefthand
column content is not resized properly after it is "collapsed" and then
"re-expanded". An online demo is available here:
http://s161149005.onlinehome.us/DEMOS/FF/RESIZE_PROB/main/frameset.asp
It works fine in IE 6, but in Firefox, it is broken. Specifically,
when the page/frameset first loads in either browser, it looks correct.
But when you click the...

Look at this page
http://xahlee.org/emacs/wrap-url.html
Look at it in Firebox, look at it in Safari, in Opera, and look at it
in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The only fucked up case, is Firefox.
Namely, that it does not respect the font used when dealing with
«width:80ex».
The way to test this visually, is by this code:
<pre style="border:thin black solid;

I'm running a python script via the apache ExtFilterDefine directive,
it works basically as expected *except* that when I change the script
apache/firefox continue to run the old version of the python script
until I remove the script completely and then replace it.
I.e. my script is called tl2html.py, if I change it to (say) add
several lines of output the added lines don't appear on firefox.
I can restart firefox and I can restart...

However my problem is it only executes on the last instance of loading the XML.
I'm sure ur all pretty confused. I'll show some of the javascript code:

Hi,
I've had this niggling issue from time to time. I want to create a
shortcut on the user's desktop to a website that specifically loads
Firefox even if Firefox is not the default browser.
I usually use COM as it allows very specific settings of the shortcut,
such as the Working Directory and the Target Path. However, the
following will not work for some reason:

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
