How to load different stylesheets based on monitor <screen> resolution

For the last year, I've been using a 3 column div with header layou
using overflow scroll to simulate frames. At 1024X768 and greater
everything works well. But, at 800x600 on a 14" monitor, it look
pretty junky. For a while now I've ignored it, seeing that percentag
of users using that configuration shrinking, but I'd like to fix it b
loading a separate stylesheet for users at 800x600 and below.

Does anyone have a script, or can point me to one, that can do that
Tips? Pointers? Opinions? I want to hear them.
