need serious help with fixing CSS in IE 7

Ok guys,

I really hope to find some help here. I am designing a website for a friend. I made a vertical menu with Dreamweaver CS3 but the sub menus that slide out of the root menu appear to be off the root menu if site is opened in IE 7. In every browser it is OK except in IE 7. I tried to create some conditional comments (this is the first time using comments) but I can't get it to work. here is the website (sorry it is not in english) look at the red menu on the right hand side how it unfolds in IE 7 and how it unfolds in Mozilla for examples. http://www.agroline.eu
Any help would be appreciated. I know where the problem is. The problem is the following CSS margine:
in any browser other than IE7 the margin work fine as margin: -1% 0 0 99%;
in IE 7 the same margin is represented by margin: -1% 0 0 76%;

I hope someone can help me. I hope to have made some mistake and that a solution is possible.

Thanks a million. I will answer any questions you might have on your way helping me.

I am working on the 11 errors but I don't see how they are associated with the menu in concern. I just don't know why the conditional comment is not working?
