I need some help validating html code.

Hello all, I am very new to web design but am learning as I go so here goes with my problem...
I have a website on Ucoz (which I paid for) and the site looks ok but I am having problems locating the errors from the validation check. I have tried through their forums but they say they are not there to help with coding, ok.

The list of errors I am receiving are all located in areas that apparently I have no access to. I will paste my code and then the the error that was received in validating.

*** Below is two of the errors that I am receiving**
Line 11, Column 82: NET-enabling start-tag requires SHORTTAG YES

The next error is:

Error Line 11, Column 181: document type does not allow element "STYLE" here

- The > right before UhideBlock is where the location of the error is but again I have searched up and down all of my pages and still can not find it.

I am very sorry if this is an easy problem but I just do not see it. What I was thinking is maybe I have added something to the code above that made those areas I do not have access to mess up? That or those areas are just not valid to begin with? I don't know but am more then willing to listen and learn. Any help is very much appreciated. I will do whatever it takes for this to be easy on the person willing to help (phone, email, whatever you want). Anyways, Thank you so much again for helping if you do. Pat

Is the $stuff output with the HTML? If so, then your language is not being translated at the server.
