Hello,
I have an index page with an autoscroller writen with CSS.
The problem is the scrolling content(text and inages)'s position is correct
but will off position when the broswer(IE) window size was changed.
How can I make the scrolling content "stick" the position with respect to
the scrollowing box?
Your advise is appreciated.

If I perform a mousedown within a document, move the mouse outside the
browser window, and then release the mouse button, the document.onmouseup
event does not fire. Is there any way to detect a mouseup event outside the
document?
Also, how can I get the relative coordinates of the cursor while it is
outside the browser?
Thank you.

Is it possible for an image to SHRINK (both height and width, keeping same
h/w ratio) when the browser's width is reduced? It's easy to have both h & w
increase, as needed, to fill up 100% of the <td>, but I don't see how to
have the image shrink.
Without JavaScript, the standard seems to be scrollbars when the browser
shrinks. I'd like the picture to shrink in size and avoid the scrollbars.

Linking to a Targeted Browser Window
I'd like to open reference links to other web sites in a
separate browser window from the browser window hosting my
own web site pages. The Link Target reserve word "_blank"
opens a blank new browser window for every link, which can
sometimes result in a lot of open browser windows.
Is there no way to "reuse" a previously linked browser
window and have it load the new web page in Foreground

Is there an easy way to create a new browser window from C# and ASP.NET? I
would just like to have a popup window without any menus or toolbars that
would contain a high-res image. The low-res image would be in the main
window and would have a button that when pressed brings up the "popup"
window that has the high-res image. I would like the window to be re-used
instead of creating yet another popup window if the user navigates to
another...

Hi,
I guess I've built my site sort of strangely:
The images are in the html (using tables), but the text is all in css positioned using coordinates (hovering over the images). I need my page to be centered. However, after I center it, the html images move when the browser is resized. My text is sticking to it's coordinates. How do I get the images to stay where they are, as well.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you,

I have a liquid site which expands perfectly when the browser window is larger than the actual content. However, when I decrease the browser window size to a point that it's smaller horizontally than the content, my background div's and their images start to decrease horizontally.
I think it has something to do with my #main div as well as my #wrap div's. They are the ones decreasing horizontally and eliminating everything in their path...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
