My homepage content has jumped up behind my home page bannar, PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi all,

Im desperate for some help as the homepage i am working on is playing up. I have rotating pictures at the top of the page (bannar) and the information boxes below appear behind this picture when i want them to appear beneath the picture. This is how the website is currently displayed,

. . . obviously i need to change this! I Have very rough webbased skills so would be very greatful for any advice. I have tried using the <clear:both;> command but i must be using it wrong as i cant get the desired effect. Below is the HTML code:
