solution.
In a nutshell, I'm trying to have a user input a value in form's

I'm having the hardest time doing the simplest thing.
I have a DataGrid bound to a table in a master detail DataRelation within a
DataSet
relTaskActivities = new DataRelation("TaskActivities", parentCol, childCol);
dsTaskActivities.Relations.Add(relTaskActivities);
dgActivity.SetDataBinding(dsTaskActivities, "Tasks.TaskActivities");
This works fine. I have a properly behaving master detail relationship.

Essentially, InsertAT is broken!
For the past couple of hours, I've been getting this "Parameter name:
'-2147483550' is not a valid value for 'index'." error.
Apparently, its caused by having manually inserted a row in the table
bound to the Combo box. The InsertAt Method of adding a row just does
not work.
Hope this helps anyone with this problem.

Eh unfortunately Google groups does not provide any longer a way to
reply to the group for older posts (though the one I am referring to is
not older than one month), and I happen to come back to this after life
has asked my attention elsewhere for a while :-)
Yet I think your point deserves a reply.
You were referring to:

Hi,
I am currently trying to do some Javascript sizing and positioning using
Javascript and encounter some for me unexpected behaviour in IE6, yet
works fine in Firefox and Opera.
I have a table with some various elements in it and want it to take into
account the current browser viewport size and resize it relative to that.
The calculations seem to be working well, but when I assign a height to

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
