How to keep banner image from wrapping when resizing width of browser window

Hi there,
How can I keep the banner image from wrapping when resizing the width of the
window smaller? Firefox seems to do this but not I.E.

Any ideas for: http://www.officeactivate.com/ ? thank you very much.

Add a minimum width that is the size of the whole header:

#header {
min-width: ??px;
}

Thanks Josh,

It still has the same effect in FireFox. The banner image wraps around. so
the background images are above and then the banner image is on the line
below.
I have a right-most image and a background image behind the banner image
that are not staying together.
You may have to look at the site to see what I am saying.

I am pretty sure that min-width is not supported in IE 5 and 5.5 either.
(but that does not really matter as it works fine in IE 6.x, just not in
Firefox).

Thanks Josh,

I had to make the #header min-width about 40px larger then the image to make
it work in FF.

Thank you kindly!

I am coding a site which involves uploading images. All of the PHP and display is OK but the client wants to be able to display the image thumbnail on the upload page and show the full image on mouseOver instead of the popup I coded. The section of code below works perfectly in Firefox but not at all in IE (why am I not surprised?). The page is nearly 100% dynamic, so this is extracted from the source of a test page. The code in...

I have an app that has many subdirectories containing one or more images (jpg, gif, bmp). When the user selects a directory, my plan is to show the images if there are only one or two, or show thumbnails if there are more and allow the user to click on each thumbnail to view it full size. Right now I'm just sticking an <IMG> tag for each image into a literal control. It works fine but the images are huge which surprised me. I really...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
