simple height 20%

Hi ,

I went on déjà news to browse previous posts on this subject. It seems
there is only a complicated way to do this simple thing in internet
explorer.
I would like to create a table with a height of 100% with five rows of 20%
<TABLE height=100%>
<TR height=20%>
<TD></TD>
</TR>
<TR height=20%>
<TD></TD>
</TR>
<TR height=20%>
<TD></TD>
</TR>
<TR height=20%>
<TD></TD>
</TR>
<TR height=20%>
<TD></TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>

Thanks and great respect to the one with the solution.

Hi, Could anyone help with the following. I have a windows form. On it I have a function (DrawCross) to draw a cross throught the centre of the form from corner to corner. The function which draws the cross takes as input a graphics object, a width and a height. So on paint I call the function with the width and height set to the forms client width and height. The upshot being that as I resize the form so the cross is drawn through...

Hi All, I am trying to assist my wife, by making a simple menu system for the website. The web page is a .php4 file and does an include of the navigation file. Before it includes that file at the top I have the following line of code to include my .js file. <script src="scripts/SideNav.js" language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript"></script> that is inside the <head> tag. It used to work fine with a more hard coded version of...

Hello guys. My name is Lynne and I am currently trying to build a website for a game that I play online called Exodus. This is the page --> http://exodus.mudmagic.com Immediately you can probably see my issue. While I -finally- figured out how to properly center the page so it showed up centered on all resolutions, I now have run into another couple problems. While some of the items on my page can be centered, MOST of them...

I've set up a web gallery with 6 thumbnails per page, etc with php which is a big complicated mess because I'm not a brilliant programmer... it is the outgrowth of a couple classes I took at a community college & not my main career... anyways someone asked me to set up something like that for their web site and I'm wondering if there is a simpler php package to accomplish this task. I prepare thumbnails in a subfolder named thumbs and put...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
