They get the HTML same as anyone else.
If your HTML is well structured they get a very usable web site.

Make your page in pure HTML first. THEN add CSS. Then you know it looks fine
(or at least readable, if not pretty) either way.

Suicide is always an option, but if you're not trolling then the
answer is "do nothing". You should already have viewed your site in
a text-only browser like lynx and verified that it is still
readable and the navigation still works.
